Our products are available in locations on the page where you see list of stockist. Deliveries are done via local and international courier companies. Ensure all information on location and contact provided are correct and phone number is reachable as we won’t be held responsible for any misplacement but we will gladly help you through the process in order to make delivery fast, trusted and reliable. Please note that any delay in claiming orders when dispatched will attract another delivery fee to get it delivered again.

Shipping and Refunds

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in its original shape, quality, packaging, unused and in same conditions as received. Once we receive the item, you will have to wait to be notified as we carry out inspection on the item before approval. Note that shipping fee is nonrefundable as we do not own any access to shipping cost and other charges applied and item should be placed on return within 2 Calendar days from the date the item was delivered. Finally, you will be refunded based on your card issuer’s policy using same means of payment as you have used initially except you explicitly agreed otherwise.
