Aside selling to meet with your hair needs, we host other projects too each with different objectives as we collaborate with NGO Foundations and may share same mission nevertheless have no responsibility for the operations of the website or its content.

Delivery
Our products are available in locations on the page where you see list of stockist. Deliveries are done via local and international courier companies. Ensure all information on location and contact provided are correct and phone number is reachable as we won’t be held responsible for any misplacement but we will gladly help you through the process in order to make delivery fast, trusted and reliable. Please note that any delay in claiming orders when dispatched will attract another delivery fee to get it delivered again.

Please note that there may be changes in colour of products compare to previous purchase. This is normal as we produce in batches and unstable factors can cause this to happen however this will not affect of the effectiveness of the product. You are advised to perform patch test.
Shipping and Refunds

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in its original shape, quality, packaging, unused and in same conditions as received. Once we receive the item, you will have to wait to be notified as we carry out inspection on the item before approval.
Note that shipping fee is nonrefundable as we do not own any access to shipping cost and other charges applied and item should be placed on return within 2 Calendar days from the date the item was delivered. Finally, you will be refunded based on your card issuer’s policy using same means of payment as you have used initially except you explicitly agreed otherwise.
